Quick Chicken Pesto Zucchini Spirals with Walnuts

1 package ( 12 oz) Trader Joe’s Zucchini Spirals
1-2 Chicken Breasts (cooked, sliced into small pieces)
2 packets Knorr Pesto Sauce Mix Packet
1/4 cup Três Pontas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup walnuts
Parmesan Cheese

Place frozen zucchini spirals in a pan along with the two Knorr pesto packets and olive oil and cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

Next, add cooked chicken and walnuts and cook for another two minutes until warm. Place in a serving dish and top with shredded Parmesan Cheese and serve.

Note: You can substitute one box of your favorite penne pasta for the zucchini noodles. Cook according to package instructions, while also cooking the pesto sauce per its package instructions adding chicken and walnuts in the last two minutes. Combine together, top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
