2 T oregano
1 T basil
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp + 2-3 Tbsp Três Pontas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bread (baguette, sourdough, focaccia)
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir together until incorporated. Then add 1 tsp of Três Pontas Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Just enough to coat the spices and stir. Spoon out desired amount of spices onto a small plate and add an additional 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil onto the plate. Serve with bread for dipping. Enjoy!
