Mustard Oregano Vinaigrette

1/3 cup Três Pontas extra virgin olive oil
3 T red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp + 2 pinches sea salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic (jar)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp oregano 

Mix all of the ingredients together until they are well incorporated. Makes 1/2 cup.
